VESTA is a modular construction company and modular building provider for all types of products: temporary homes, modular classrooms, shipping container offices, storage containers and specialty buildings. We have successfully leased and sold temporary housing complexes around the world. In partnership with Casata, we are taking this provision to a whole new level – micro home communities.

VESTA is proud to be on the cutting edge of the micro living movement. Tech-savvy, cost-conscious, environmentally minded people recognize the immense value of a home like this. We have developed modular homes for years and are eager to see this vision for building high-value micro homes continue. If you are interested in learning more about micro homes, contact the team at VESTA today.

We are excited to share an update from the Casata team, read their newsletter below!

Casata’s had a busy 30 days and we wanted to share some of our progress and the milestones that we have accomplished.

Casata Proudly Shows Off New Demonstration Units in Austin

Casata now has four units staged, one of each floor plan, which are being used for our on-site tours. With our tour booking calendar live on our website in time for our major press cycle, we quickly filled up the entire month of April, booked seven days a week including Easter. Casata will have 60 units for long-term rental and 6 for short-term rental. The idea of short-term rentals is to give potential residents a chance to “try before you buy”, as well as provide the opportunity for our current residents’ friends and family to experience living in a Casata micro home while in town to visit! Below are photos of our staged units for tours.

Casata’s Launch Gets Texas Big!

With a lead article in the Austin American-Statesman and follow up coverage from KVUE, CultureMap and many other outlets, our website received 15,000+ unique hits in 30 days, and we had multiple social media posts go viral with over 700 shares. Click the links to view some of the written and visual media.

Fundraising for Casata Corporation

In March, we successfully completed our $1M Casata Corporate Seed Round. This round was necessary to continue our product and design improvements while enhancing our technology stack and improving the lifestyle elements in our current and future communities.
