Women are making important headway into the traditionally male-dominated field of construction, from business ownership to skilled trades. Today, women represent a little more than 10 percent of the construction industry, and the number of women entering construction-related trades has been steadily increasing for decades.
Andrea Brand-VP of Sales Operations
Andrea worked at Innovative Modular Solutions (IMS) for 15 years as a Product Manager whose main responsibilities included product standardization, business development, sales, customer service and project management. She support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, distribution, evaluation and follow-up. She also analyzes and reports lead and sales data in CRM. Maintains inventory tracking spreadsheet of used assets. Oversight of marketing team efforts.

Christine Hordeman-Chief Compliance Officer
Christine joined the team in 2016 as VESTA’s Operations Manager and second employee! Christine maintains all aspects of corporate compliance, as well as developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to support VESTA’s evolving business strategies.
Emily McGough-Sales Manager
Emily has over 15 years’ experience in the modular industry primarily focusing on sales and leasing in the education, commercial, and industrial markets. Her projects range from simple job site offices to turn-key custom solutions. In Emily’s current position of Sales Manager, she manages leases and sales along the Gulf Coast. She handles all aspects of the sales and management process to include estimating, preparing proposals, and works with project management ensure a successful project.
Kristin Marino-Marketing Manager
Kristin has over 20 years experience in the marketing and construction industry with 5 of those years being modular focused. She has worked with large companies such as Home Depot and Lowes as a sales manager and in the marketing and advertising departments for their corporate office. At VESTA, Kristin is responsible for Strategy Development, Digital Marketing, Market Share Optimization, Marketing and Sales Strategies, Marketing Communications and social media. She has B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from Michigan State University.
RACHEL BARKER-Marketing and Sales Assistant
Rachel joined VESTA as a Marketing/Sales Assistant. Rachel has a BA in Communications from Michigan State University and has a background in sales and marketing. Rachel is responsible for all of the incoming lead qualifications along with digital and print marketing support. Modular was a new endeavor but her experience in mortgages and restaurants brought a strong skillset to the industry.
Kayla Stinchcomb-Collections Specialist
Kayla has experience in accounts receivable and collection services. She also has experience as a paralegal for State Court but returned to a collections role and knew this field was where she belonged. She has been in the modular construction industry for the last year.
Marci Wishnick-document control administrator
Marci comes to VESTA with over 27 years of experience.

Sharaya Chapman-Branch Sales Administrator
Sharaya is new to the construction industry, just 8 months, but in this short period of time, she has made a big impact in supporting the branch sales manager. She brings strong organizational skills and computer knowledge that assist in keeping the branch inventory and deals up to date. Sharaya is efficient and has created new tracking systems that keep the operation of the branch running smoothly. She is excited to learn more about the industry and gain additional experience which will further enable her to support the branch sales manager and the team as a whole!
Lory Lewis-Office manager
Lory has more than 10 years in the construction industry and has worked as an office manager alongside the sales manager in her branch office. She is an integral part of project management, scheduling all dispatch and service in the yard. Lory works closely with the yard foreman to ensure deadlines are met. She enjoys providing excellent customer service and working with various vendors while forging lasting relationships.
Tracy Willard-Project Administrator
Tracy graduated from Bellevue University with a B.S. in Business Analysis and Management. She has 14+ years experience in administrative and retail management in our GA office as a Project Administrator
Sophie Vagle-Sales and Marketing Assistant
Sophie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 and has been in the modular industry for 4 years, using her vast experience in project management and marketing.
Lisa Roosa-New England Branch Manager
“With determination and ambition, I began my career in the modular industry over 30 years ago. I have held a variety of positions along the way. Administrator, Dispatcher and Branch Manager to name a few. The challenges I faced in this industry were hard but also rewarding. It made me develop confidence and let my strengths create opportunities even if they were not in my career ‘plan’.
Joining Vesta in 2021 and starting a branch in New England has been one of the highlights of my career. It was the perfect way to use my talent and skills in this industry. In the short time here, I have opened a branch and installed modulars throughout CT, MA, and RI.
By offering space solutions to companies in New England I am looking forward to growing our market share. “
Candice Mansfield-Project Administrator
Candice has 10+ years of experience in account and data management, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. She also brings a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of group initiatives to meet critical deadlines.
Eryka Collick-Design & Brand Manager
Eryka brings to VESTA and the construction industry 3+ years of modular design and marketing. Eryka has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art and Design from the University of Michigan.
With almost 5 years in the construction industry, Sabrina helps improve business efficiency by implementing new systems to streamline processes and procedures as well as managing all aspects of compliance, safety and operational functions.
Nicole Barnes-Project Accountant
Nicole has over 17 years of accounting and project management administrative experience in the construction industry. Nicole is an important link between VESTA’s corporate office and our vendors and field personnel. With her strong commitment to the VESTA team, Nicole efficiently manages the job setup, job purchase orders and all payables. She is always ready to jump in and do her part in getting the next VESTA project off the ground and running smoothly!
Susan Kinsella-Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources here at VESTA, Susan ensures that all employees are taken care of so they can focus on providing the best service to our valued customers. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Susan provides the highest quality of services to our company.
As VESTA’s controller, Deana oversees the day to day accounting functions of her team of six, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Tax compliance. They handle everything from customer billing and collections to making sure our vendors are paid on time. Deana also manages our month-end close process, banking relationships, external auditors and financial statement prep. Deana and her team send out many daily, weekly and monthly reports to internal and external parties to keep everyone informed of VESTA’s development. She holds a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Monmouth University and has been in the modular industry over 15 years!
Caroline Mahalak-Project Engineer
Caroline is a Project Engineer and an Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, with a professional background in Mechanical Engineering. Caroline assists the pre-construction team by help managing projects through coordinating the logistics, schedules, vendors, and budgets necessary to execute the project. Sometimes, this also includes visiting the job site and interacting with clients and subcontractors while assessing the building during construction. Caroline’s favorite part on the job is building relationships with others in the industry, as well as bettering the department by help streamline project management processes and help develop new ideas to be able to assist the pre-construction team.
Kelli Moss-Accounting Administrator
Kelli has 15 years of accounting experience in multiple industries. As our Accounting Administrator, her responsibilities include processing monthly employee expense reports and credit card activity, processing accounts payable invoices, “gatekeeper” of all lease documents, and general assistance to the department. She also holds a B.A from Georgia State University!

Tracy Myers-Director of Accounting
As VESTA’s Director of Accounting Tracy’s main responsibility is ensuring Jobs are properly recognized on Percentage of Completion, providing Project Managers timely Job Summary reports and paying Salespersons their Commissions in a timely manner. With her knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, Tracy is the link from Operations to Accounting providing Management the information they need to make educated business decisions.
