VESTA Modular building on the momentum

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – January 11, 2017

Finishing a successful 2016, VESTA Modular kicks off 2017 with new contracts.

As 2016 closed, VESTA completed its first project for Walmart – providing a modular facility to be used for transportation and logistics at a Southeast Distribution Center. “Working with Walmart was a great experience for our team; we were excited to have been given the opportunity and proud that our team brought this project in ahead of schedule and within budget,” stated Billy Hall, Chief Operating Officer for VESTA Modular.

In November, VESTA was also awarded a contract for the building of new classrooms at the Clarksville Campus for Nashville State College. The new 3,780 square foot modular facility will feature state of the art classrooms for the increasing student population at the Clarksville Campus. “This is the type of project that exemplifies how working together with the factory, architect, and GC, can make modular a feasible and successful building solution,” said Whatley Law, SE Sales Manager for VESTA Modular. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2017.

In December, ESS Support Services Worldwide and VESTA also agreed to terms to extend the lease of the Holden Mine facility thru late 2017. In April 2016 VESTA provided a temporary housing and dining facility for the RioTinto workers of the Holden Mine Cleanup project in Holden Village off Lake Chelan in Washington.

The VESTA Modular brand continues to grow throughout the US. With projects nationwide along with current operations in Florida, New Jersey, North Dakota, and Michigan, the company is looking to add more strategic locations throughout 2017.
